Through a mosaic of encounters and the mixing of genres, including musical and science-fiction, Swagger brings to life the words and fantasies of teenagers who are growing up in some of France's most underprivileged council estates. For despite how difficult their lives can be, these young people have dreams and ambitions. And no one can take that away from them.
